Discuss Your ProjectDepending on the documents and contract, a build-out can involve selective demolition, temporary protection, metal stud framing, drywall, hard-lid or acoustical ceilings, painting, doors and hardware, millwork installation, wall protection and closeout work. Bates can lead the overall project or perform a clearly defined interior package for another general contractor.
Some work happens next to tenants, staff or customers. We plan staging, debris routes, dust control, work windows and protected areas with the owner or GC. Phases are coordinated around the actual site conditions and landlord requirements.
